San Jose Industrial Epoxy Flooring Overview
San Jose buildings turn over. Units are taken on, fitted out, worked in and handed back, and a great many of the floors we are asked to coat are going into a building that is still a shell with a schedule attached to it. That is a different job from coating a floor in a business that has been in the same unit for fifteen years.
It changes the order of things. The floor wants to go down early, while there is space to work and nothing to cut around, which means it then spends weeks being walked on by everyone installing everything else. Planning for that is most of the difference between a floor that is handed over well and one that is handed over with an argument. The systems themselves are listed on our industrial epoxy flooring page.
